With the astounding peculiarity in the domains of organic and natural foods it has become the largest chain of supermarkets in America and the outcome somehow is the result of rigorous and full-fledged marketing tactics.


The outlets are deftly distributed in America, Canada and United Kingdom, and the precise corporate head quarter seems to be in Austin, Texas. It was the September month of 1980 when the first outlet of the organisation paved its way in the market by certain illuminating upcoming market stars named John Mackey and Lawson Hardy and they were also happened to be the owner of Safety way health food store.

In March 2017 the company was finally acquired by Amazon since due to some absurd reasons company kept on facing sales declination and the cost at which the deal was finalized at a legitimate background was $13 billion and the deal was hitched in August.
