ABOUT US

Hi! This is a blog started on behalf of CrowdCore, the marketing club of Woxsen University. We, at CrowdCore, are a group of people passionate about marketing. We want to spread and profess marketing as though it is a religion. And since we believe that nothing impacts people better than stories, we have come up with this blog to constantly narrate stories and persuade people to explore and fall in love with marketing and probably even find a career in it, born purely out of passion.

 

Apart from stories, we are also looking forward to sharing ideas, tips, tricks, strategies, etc., all of which are learnt from dedicated analysis of different companies’ strategies and businesses. We have thus started the initiative - “Digi buzz, Munch some marketing titbits”, to keep our fellow mates posted about how marketing works in the real world.

 

CrowdCore is one of the most active student clubs, the members of which endeavour to spread as much knowledge as possible about their religion - “Marketing”. Several events have been organised in the past to encourage students to participate and learn. Our most successful event is “The best manager of the year”, which is carried out every year for the School of Business students. We had also organised a huge digital entrepreneur conclave in December 2020, where celebrity digital marketers like Himanshu Arora, Dr Rushen Chahal, Anirban (Oni) Chakravartti, Dipayan Kar, and Prabin Bardhan had joined us to enlighten the students about their experience in the world of digital marketing and how they made it big amidst all the cut-throat competition.

 

Story: We are an active bunch of graduate and postgraduate students of Woxsen University who are huge marketing enthusiasts. We, as executives of CrowdCore Marketing club, indulge in organizing activities that incorporate marketing skills in fellow peers.

 

 As part of our activities, we have now come up with this blog, where we intend to publicize tips and tricks, inspiring brand stories, conceptual learnings of market research, marketing analytics and SEO, progressive strategies concerning branding, advertising and promotional aspects and last but not least, interesting facts and loopholes in the marketing industry.
